NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY OF ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
MML hereby advises its noteholders that the audited group annual financial statements for the year ended
30 June 2026 (“AFS”), have been publicly released and are available on the Company’s website at
https://www.momentumgroupltd.co.za/investor-relations/debt-investors. The AFS can also be accessed
through the JSE cloudlink at: https://senspdf.jse.co.za/documents/2026/JSE/ISSB/MMIG/MML_AFS
2026.pdf.
The AFS have been audited by PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. and Ernst & Young Inc., who have
expressed an unmodified audit opinion.
The audited annual financial statements include certain comparative restatements. These comprise a
voluntary presentation restatement relating to the accounting policy for the presentation of interest and
fair value movements on financial instruments measured at fair value through profit and loss, as well as
mandatory prior-period error restatements relating to unsettled trades, the classification of certain member
balances and the presentation of reinvested distributions in the statement of cash flows.
The restatements resulted in presentation and classification changes to comparative information and did
not impact previously reported profit before tax, earnings, headline earnings, earnings per share, total
comprehensive income or equity.
Full details of the restatements are contained in the annual financial statements and the notification
submitted to the JSE in accordance with paragraph 6.10 of the JSE Debt and Specialist Securities Listings
Requirements and Practice Note 3/2017.
The AFS are available for inspection by noteholders via secure electronic means upon written request by
such noteholders. Requests for such secure electronic inspection should be directed to the Company’s
