APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY


Shareholders and noteholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 29 September 2025, wherein the
Company advised of the resignation of Ms Sue Hsieh as Company Secretary with effect from 24 October 2025.

Shareholders are hereby advised that Resilient has appointed MCP Managerial Services Proprietary Limited ("MCP"),
represented by Joel Naidoo CA(SA), as the Company Secretary with effect from 21 January 2026.

The Board of Directors of the Company would like to welcome MCP and looks forward to their contribution.
