SECURING OF WORK PERMIT AND APPOINTMENT OF MR ULRIK BENGTSSON AS
AN EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF SUN INTERNATIONAL

Shareholders are referred to the announcement released by the Company on SENS on
24 March 2025, advising that following a comprehensive global search, internationally
renowned gaming executive, Mr Ulrik Bengtsson, had been appointed as the new Chief
Executive of Sun International with effect from 1 July 2025 or such earlier date, depending
on when he secured his work permit.

Sun International is pleased to advise that Mr Bengtsson has now secured his South African
work permit and will be joining the Sun International group as its new Chief Executive on
1 July 2025.

Furthermore, shareholders are advised that in accordance with paragraph 3.59(a) of the JSE
Listings Requirements, the board of Sun International has appointed Mr Bengtsson as an
executive director of the Company with effect from 1 July 2025.
