ENGAGEMENT WITH SHAREHOLDERS ON THE COMPANY'S REMUNERATION POLICY AND REMUNERATION IMPLEMENTATION REPORT
Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement released on 1 December 2025 with regard to the results of
the annual general meeting of the Company held on Friday, 1 December 2025, in which the Company advised that
insufficient shareholder support had been obtained for the non-binding advisory resolutions relating to Fortress'
FY2025 remuneration policy and remuneration implementation report.
The Company invited dissenting shareholders to submit their reasons for voting against these resolutions to the
chairperson of the Remuneration Committee, Edwin Oblowitz, by 31 January 2026, and undertook to host a video
conference call for the purpose of receiving and addressing shareholders' feedback in regard to the Company's
remuneration policies and practices.
Fortress hereby confirms that, in order to fulfil this commitment to shareholders, a video conference call will be
held at 10h00 on Wednesday, 1 April 2026. The video conference call will be held via Microsoft Teams and
shareholders wishing to participate in the call are requested to email the company secretary at
tamlyn@fortressfund.co.za by close of business on Tuesday, 31 March 2026. A link to attend the video conference
call will then be provided to those shareholders wishing to participate in the call. Shareholders may also submit
their comments and concerns with regard to Fortress' FY2025 remuneration policy and remuneration
implementation report to the chairperson of the Remuneration Committee, by emailing the company secretary at
tamlyn@fortressfund.co.za.
