CHANGES TO BOARD COMMITTEES


Shareholders and noteholders are referred to the announcement published on 27 February 2025, where it was
confirmed that Robin Lockhart-Ross and Ina Lopion would retire from the board with effect from 30 June 2025.

As a result, the following changes to the Fortress board subcommittees have been made, effective 1 July 2025:
- Herman Bosman has been appointed as chairman of the nomination committee;
- Jon Hillary has been appointed as member of the nomination committee; and
- Nonhlanhla Mayisela has been appointed as chairperson of the risk committee and as a member of the property
  and investment committee.

The Board wishes to thank Robin and Ina for their contributions and wishes them well on their future endeavours.
