ANNOUNCEMENT RELATING TO NIGERIA ACS SERVICES

Optasia advises shareholders that airtime credit services ("ACS") provided in partnership with one mobile
network operator in Nigeria have been temporarily suspended.

The interruption followed a precautionary step taken by the operator in connection with the
implementation process relating to the Digital, Electronic, Online or Non-Traditional Consumer Lending
Regulations 2025.

The Group is working with its partner and relevant stakeholders to facilitate restoration of services and will
provide an update in due course.

ACS services provided in Nigeria represented approximately 14% of Group revenues in FY2025.

Based on information currently available, the Group does not expect this matter to have a material impact
on its financial position; however, the situation remains under review. Shareholders will be informed of
any further developments in this regard.

The information contained in this announcement has not been reviewed or reported on by the Company's
external auditors.
