RMH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

RMH shareholders are referred to the notice of annual general meeting released on SENS
on 30 January 2026 in terms of section 62(3)(a) of the Companies Act, 71 of 2008 scheduled
to take place on 4 March 2026 at 9am.

RMH shareholders are hereby advised that, in addition to the option to participate in the
meeting online, shareholders are invited to attend the meeting in person at the following
address:

RMH shareholders are further advised that a subsequent meeting will be scheduled as soon
as practically possible following the release of the circular document pertaining to the
mandatory offer to shareholders, as detailed in the SENS announcement released earlier
today. The details of this meeting will be communicated in due course.
