APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE ALTERNATE DIRECTOR

OGL shareholders are referred to the announcement released on the
Stock Exchange News Service on 25 November 2025 regarding the
retirement of Mr Francois Knoetze as non-executive alternate
director of OGL effective on 31 January 2026.

In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements, OGL is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr
Carel Vosloo as non-executive alternate director of OGL effective
from 1 February 2026, subject to the approval of the Prudential
Authority. Mr Vosloo will replace Mr Knoetze as alternate director
to Mr Jan Durand.

Mr Vosloo, BAcc(Hons), MCom(Tax), CA(SA), CFA(US) joined Remgro
Limited (Remgro) in 2022 as an Investment Executive and was
appointed as Chief Investment Officer in 2024. Before Remgro, Mr
Vosloo spent 18 years at Rand Merchant Bank (RMB) in various
positions, including co-head of Corporate Finance and co-head of
RMB's Investment Banking Division.
