REGISTRATION OF CHANGE OF NAME OF THE COMPANY AND CONFIRMATION OF SALIENT DATES

Shareholders are advised that the new name of Mantengu Limited has been registered with CIPC with
effect from 1 September 2025. Going forward, the Company will still have the short name "Mantengu".
Both the Share Code, "MTU" and the ISIN number will also remain unchanged. The change in name of
the Company will not affect the number of shares held by each shareholder.

The salient dates and times in relation to the name change on the JSE are set out below:

Notes:
1. Shareholders may not dematerialise or rematerialise their Ordinary Shares between Wednesday,
   10 September 2025, and Friday, 12 September 2025, both dates inclusive.
2. All times are South African times as the above dates and actions are in terms of the JSE Corporate
   Action timetable.
3. The Company will retain the financial and trading history on the JSE post the name change.
