1. DISTRIBUTION OF INTEGRATED ANNUAL REPORT
Shareholders are advised that the Integrated Annual Report, which incorporates a summary
of the Group's Audited Annual Financial Statements (hereinafter referred to as Summary
Financial    Statements)   is    available    today   on    the    Group's   website  at
https://www.lewisgroup.co.za/investors/integrated-annual-reports/.


The Audited Annual Financial Statements and Summary Financial Statements were published
on SENS on 29 May 2025 and are available on the Group's website at

2. BROAD-BASED BLACK ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT ACT ("THE ACT"): ANNUAL
COMPLIANCE REPORT
In accordance with paragraph 16.20 (g) and Appendix 1 to Section 11 of the JSE Listings
Requirements, notice is hereby given that the Company's B-BBEE annual compliance report
in terms of section 13G(2) of the Act has been published on the Company's website at
https://www.lewisgroup.co.za/about-us/b-bbee/.


3. ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING ("AGM")
The AGM will be held on 24 October 2025. The notice of AGM will be published and
shareholders notified of the salient dates and times relating to the AGM in due course.
