NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND AVAILABILITY OF INTEGRATED REPORT

Shareholders are advised that the electronic version of Nutun Limited's Integrated Report for the year ended
30 September 2025 is available on Nutun's website https://www.nutun.com/investor-relations/limited.

Shareholders are further advised that the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and the Consolidated
Financial Statements for the year ended 30 September 2025 have been distributed to shareholders today,
30 January 2026.

Notice of Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the AGM of shareholders of the company will be held by electronic participation
on Thursday, 12 March 2026 at 10h00. Details of electronic participation at the meeting are included in
the Notice of AGM.
