FINALISATION INFORMATION PERTAINING TO THE CASH SPECIAL DIVIDEND AND CONFIRMATION OF FINAL
CASH ORDINARY DIVIDEND

Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 16 March 2026, regarding
the declaration of a final gross cash ordinary dividend of 252 cents (201.60000 cents net of
dividend withholding tax) per ordinary share and a gross cash special dividend of 100 cents
(80.00000 cents net of dividend withholding tax) per ordinary share, for the year ended 31
December 2025 ("declaration announcement").

Sun International is pleased to announce that the requisite exchange control approval from the
South African Reserve Bank for the cash special dividend has now been received, and
accordingly, the cash special dividend is unconditional.

The salient dates in respect of both the final cash ordinary and special dividends therefore remain
unchanged from those communicated by Sun International in the declaration announcement, as
repeated below for ease of reference:

Shares commence trading 'ex' dividend                              Wednesday, 8 April 2026
Record date                                                          Friday, 10 April 2026
Payment date                                                         Monday, 13 April 2026

Share certificates may not be dematerialised or re-materialised between Wednesday, 8 April 2026
and Friday, 10 April 2026, both days inclusive.

All other relevant information relating to both the final cash ordinary and special dividends
(including the tax implications), as set out in the declaration announcement, remain unchanged.
