RETRACTION OF TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF A DISPOSAL OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES


Shareholders are referred to the announcement released by Resilient on 13 April 2026, relating to the notification
received from Ninety One SA (Pty) Ltd ("Ninety One"), of the disposal by Ninety One of Resilient ordinary shares,
such that Ninety One now holds 9.8686% of Resilient's total issued ordinary shares.

Ninety One has subsequently informed the Company that there has been no material change to Ninety One's interest in
Resilient, and that the notification was issued in error due to data issues arising from the migration of shareholding data
following its acquisition of Sanlam Investment Management Proprietary Limited.

Accordingly, no notice in terms of section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 or paragraph 6.54 of the JSE
Listings Requirements was required and the announcement released on 13 April 2026 is retracted.
