ENGAGEMENT WITH SHAREHOLDERS

Further to the announcement released on SENS on 26 June 2025, Calgro M3 invites those
shareholders who voted against the Remuneration Policy and the Implementation Report on the
Remuneration Policy ("Dissenting Shareholders") at the annual general meeting of the Company
held on Wednesday, 25 June 2025 to engage with the Company as follows:

   -   Dissenting Shareholders are invited to attend a virtual session on Thursday, 28 August 2025
       at 14:00 where their concerns/questions will be heard by the Company. Contact the
       Company Secretary at sirkien@juba.co.za for the relevant meeting details;

   -   Dissenting shareholders who are unable to attend the virtual session can forward their
       concerns/questions to the Company Secretary in writing at sirkien@juba.co.za by close of
       business on Thursday, 28 August 2025; and

   -   follow up meetings/telephone calls will be arranged with Dissenting Shareholders to discuss
       their concerns/questions either individually or on a collective basis.
