Changes To The Index Of The Satrix Rafi 40 Etf - STXRAF

Holders of Satrix RAFI 40 ETF securities are referred to the
announcement released on SENS on 9 July 2026 regarding the ballot
results in relation to the changes to the investment policy and are
hereby notified of a change to the Satrix RAFI 40 Index. The Satrix
RAFI 40 ETF currently tracks the the FTSE/JSE RAFI 40 (J260) but will
track the movement of the RAFI Fundamental Select South Africa 40
Index.

The implementation of the RAFI Fundamental Select South Africa 40
Index as the new index which the ETF tracks has had no effect on
either the number of issued Satrix RAFI 40 ETF units, or the
value of each Satrix RAFI 40 ETF .
