UPDATE ON ERRONEOUS TRADES DUE TO SYSTEM MALFUNCTION


Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on 15 October 2025 regarding erroneous
trades in Insimbi shares resulting from a system malfunction experienced by a single broker ("Broker").

The Broker has confirmed that there was an incorrect change applied to the software as a result of
human error.

The Broker has since been correcting all affected trades, including those related to the Chief Executive
Officer which are now fully restored to their status prior to the error.
