LISTING OF THE SATRIX INCOME AMETF ("THE PORTFOLIO")

Further to the announcement released on SENS on Tuesday, 27 January 2026 regarding the results of
the private placement for subscription to the portfolio, Satrix Managers (RF) Pty Limited hereby
announce the listing of the portfolio on 29 January 2026.

Issued securities and listing

Satrix Income AMETF will issue 4 013 321 (Four million Thirteen thousand Three hundred and Twenty
One) securities to list on the "Exchange Traded Funds" sector of the main board of the JSE Limited, at
an issue price of R50.00 per security, to commence trading on Thursday, 29 January 2026.
