Commenting on today's announcement, Ruth Markland, Quilter Chair said, "I am delighted to welcome

I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Moira Kilcoyne for her significant contribution to Quilter
during her tenure. Moira's extensive knowledge and expertise in technology strategy, operations, data
and change have been instrumental in enabling effective Board oversight of Quilter's major strategic
transformation programmes. In particular, her leadership as Chair of the Board Technology and
Operations Committee was critical in overseeing the successful implementation of our investment
platform in 2021, a key milestone for the Group. We wish Moira every success in the future."

businesses, with a career focused on customer-led strategy and leading organisations
