APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY

In compliance with paragraph 6.71(a) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited and following the announcement
published on SENS on 16 February 2026 regarding the resignation of the Company Secretary, shareholders are hereby
advised that the board of directors of the Company ("Board") has resolved to appoint Motif Capital Partners Proprietary
Limited ("Motif") as Copper 360's company secretary with effect from 7 April 2026.

Motif has extensive experience in providing company secretarial, governance and regulatory advisory services within the
JSE-listed environment. The appointment is expected to strengthen board and committee effectiveness through the
implementation of robust governance frameworks and best-practice processes, and to support the Company's ongoing
governance objectives.

The Board welcomes Motif to the role and looks forward to its contribution to the Company.
