THIRD QUARTER OPERATIONAL UPDATE – FY2026

Cashbuild herewith provides its voluntary quarterly operational update for the third quarter of the 2026 financial
year ("Q3").

Revenue for Q3 for the Group increased by 9% when compared to Q3 of the prior financial year ("the
comparative period"). For the 301 existing stores (in existence prior to July 2024), revenue increased by 4% and
the 16 new stores, contributed 5% growth. This, combined with the results reported for the half year ended 28
December 2025, equates to a 5% increase in revenue year to date. Comparable store revenue growth (excluding
Amper Alles, Cabifit and Other new stores as well as P&L Hardware closures and Malawi entity disposal) is 6%
for Q3 and 3% for the year to date.

Transactions through the tills during Q3 for the Group increased by 8% when compared to the comparative
period, with existing stores increasing by 4% and new stores by 4%.

Selling inflation was 0.6% at the end of March 2026 when compared to March 2025.

The revenue performance breakdown per operating segment for the third quarter compared to the comparative
period is presented below:

During Q3 the Group opened 1 new store and closed 6 under-performing stores, bringing the total number of
stores trading at the end of the quarter to 317.
