     FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR THE INTERIM PERIOD ENDED 31 MARCH 2023

1.   SALIENT FEATURES

     Revenue decreased by 6% to R1,815 million, from R1,934 million in the prior
     corresponding period.

     As per our previous announcement released on SENS and given the impact of the latest
     tax ruling by the SCA on our half year results, basic and headline earnings per share
     decreased by 97% to 6.2 cents per share, from 199.1 cents per share in the prior
     corresponding period.

     Fund management earnings excluding the impact of the total obligation payable to SARS
     amounts to 191.5 cents per share compared to 214.8 cents per share for the prior
     corresponding period.

2.   DIVIDEND

     As a result of the impact of the latest tax ruling, Coronation will not be paying an interim
     dividend. This is in line with our Dividend Policy, which states that dividend payouts are
     dependent on our after-tax cash profits.
