NOTICE OF RELEASE OF ANNUAL RESULTS AND RESULTS PRESENTATION


Shareholders are advised that Spear intends to release its annual results for the year ended
28 February 2026 on Monday, 18 May 2026.

Spear will be hosting an in-person presentation at Century City Conference Centre in Cape Town at
09:00 SAST on Monday, 18 May 2026 to present the annual results to investors. The presentation
will also be live streamed for investors who wish to attend virtually.

Presentation details:

-   Venue for presentation: Century City Conference Centre in Cape Town.
-   Address: First Floor, Meeting Room 11, Century City Conference Centre, No. 4 Energy Lane,
    Bridgeways Precinct, Century City, Cape Town, 7441, South Africa.
-   In-person attendance at the above venue will have limited space available and in-person
    attendance confirmation must be e-mailed to: info@spearprop.co.za, by the latest close of
    business on Monday, 11 May 2026.
-   The virtual live streaming will have view and listen mode.
