"AngloGold Ashanti Q4 and Year Ended 31 December 2025 Earnings Release and Dividend Declaration".

The announcement incorrectly states the year in the dividend declaration date tables section of the
short-form announcement as 2025, the correct year being 2026.

Other than the correction above, all other information in the announcement remains unchanged.
