Finalisation announcement regarding the changes to the fund structure,
investment policy and the name of the Satrix SWIX Top 40 Portfolio.

Holders of the Satrix SWIX Top 40 Portfolio securities are referred
to the announcement published on SENS by Satrix Collective Investment
Scheme on 27 October 2025 regarding the proposed changes to the fund
structure, investment policy and the name of the portfolio.

Investors holding more than 25% in value of the participatory
interests held by the investors have responded. The majority of
investors who responded have voted in favour of the amendment. The
ballot is successful, and the audited results of the responses
received are as follows:

implementing the proprietary Satrix SA Inc Methodology.
The portfolio name will change from Satrix SWIX Top 40 Portfolio to
Satrix SA Inc AMETF. The JSE code, ISIN, and long and short names will
be updated. Historical data will not be transferred to the new ISIN.
