Notification to Investors – Change in the Underlying Benchmark

The holders of securities in the 27four SA Multi-Factor Equity Actively Managed ETF ("the Portfolio")
are hereby notified that the benchmark of the Portfolio will change from the FTSE/JSE Capped
Shareholder Weighted All Share Index (SWIX) to the FTSE/JSE Capped All Share Index with
effective date 01 December 2025.

The amended Supplement reflecting this change is available on the Manager's website at:
https://27four.com/etf/.

Other than the benchmark change noted above, there are no changes to the investment objective or
fee structure of the Portfolio.

Holders of securities are not required to take any action.
