registered as such in terms of the Collective Investment Schemes Control
Act, 45 of 2002.


PARTIAL DELISTING OF SYGH SECURITIES


SYGH will partially delist 2000000 securities from the JSE with
commencement of business today, at an approximate price of ZAR 29.90 per
security.


Following the delisting of these securities, there will be 15569618 SYGH
securities in issue.
