LISTING OF THE SATRIX INCOME ACTIVELY MANAGED ETF ON THE MAIN BOARD OF THE JSE
LIMITED ("JSE") IN THE ACTIVELY MANAGED EXCHANGE TRADED FUND SECTOR.
This announcement is issued for information purposes only relating to the listing of the portfolio on the
JSE.
1. Introduction
Satrix would like to add the Satrix Income AMETF ("the portfolio") to its AMETF product range under
the Satrix ETF Scheme, through a listing on the Main Board of the JSE by way of a private placement.
The Satrix Income AMETF will provide investors with exposure to securities predominantly in liquid
form, fixed interest securities, preference shares, and non-equity securities. The portfolio may also
have limited exposure to equities and property securities as per the ASISA fund category.
2. Listing approval
Approval of the listing of the participatory interest in the portfolio was granted by the JSE on 16
January 2026.
3. Summary of the offer
Portfolio The Satrix Income AMETF, a portfolio in the Satrix
Collective Investment Scheme in Securities 2, registered in
terms of the Collective Investment Schemes Control Act,
No. 45 of 2002 and established on 18 March 2008.

modifications to the terms and Income AMETF participatory interests (being the period
conditions in respect of the Satrix during which the manager will procure the acquisition of
securities baskets with the cash proceeds derived pursuant to the
initial offer) will be as indicated in Section 1 above or as
otherwise notified to investors or potential investors by the
manager.
