The Company's investigation has now been concluded and the final narrative report was submitted to the BIS on 1 September 2025. Shareholders are advised that the investigation has not identified any U.S. sanctions violations by the Company. The Company's investigation has identified apparent violations of U.S. export controls which the Company takes seriously and is addressing. Shareholders will be kept informed of the outcomes of the BIS process as appropriate.
