VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT: UPDATE ON INVESTIGATION INTO POTENTIAL VIOLATIONS
OF US EXPORT CONTROL REGULATIONS

Shareholders are referred to the Company's voluntary announcement dated 27 June 2025
wherein it was advised that the U.S. Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security
("BIS") had granted the Company a further extension, from 2 June 2025 to 2 September 2025, of
the deadline for the Company to complete its investigation and submit a final narrative account of
voluntary self-disclosure of apparent U.S. export control violations to the BIS.

The Company's investigation has now been concluded and the final narrative report was
submitted to the BIS on 1 September 2025.

Shareholders are advised that the investigation has not identified any U.S. sanctions violations
by the Company. The Company's investigation has identified apparent violations of U.S. export
controls which the Company takes seriously and is addressing.

Shareholders will be kept informed of the outcomes of the BIS process as appropriate.
