Update to trading statement Sea Harvest Group Limited (Incorporated in the Republic of South Africa) (Registration number: 2008/001066/06) Share code: SHG ISIN: ZAE000240198 ("Sea Harvest" or "the Group") UPDATE TO TRADING STATEMENT Shareholders are referred to the trading statement published on the Stock Exchange News Service on 29 May 2025 in terms of which shareholders were advised that the Group was satisfied that a reasonable degree of certainty existed that, for the 6-month period ending 30 June 2025, basic headline earnings per share (HEPS) and basic earnings per share (EPS) would be more than 20% higher than the reported HEPS for the prior comparative period. Sea Harvest is in the last trading week of its 6-month period ending 30 June 2025, and the Group would like to advise shareholders that it now has further reasonable certainty that for the 6-month period ending 30 June 2025: • HEPS will be at least 60% higher than the reported HEPS of 50 cents for the prior comparative period; and • EPS will be at least 40% higher than the reported EPS of 61 cents for the prior comparative period. The increase in earnings is primarily attributable to international sales price increases, improved catch rates and efficiency gains in the South African fishing business. Further earnings guidance will be provided to shareholders when the Group has reasonable certainty of the anticipated HEPS and EPS range, in accordance with paragraph 3.4(b) (iii) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements. The Group is expected to release its interim results on the Stock Exchange News Service on or about 2 September 2025. The financial information and any forward-looking statements in this announcement have not been reviewed or reported on by the Group's auditors. 27 June 2025 Sponsor: The Standard Bank of South Africa Limited Date: 27-06-2025 09:00:00 Produced by the JSE SENS Department.
