NOTIFICATION OF ACQUISITION OF A BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES IN TERMS OF SECTION
122(3) OF THE COMPANIES ACT


In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008 (the "Act") and
Section 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are hereby advised that the
Company has received formal notification that the Public Investment Corporation SOC Limited ("PIC")
has acquired, in aggregate, an interest in the ordinary shares of the Company, such that the total
interest in the ordinary shares of the Company held by the PIC amounts to 20.04% of the total issued
ordinary shares of the Company on the date of formal notification.

The requisite notice in terms of Section 122(3)(a) of the Act has been filed with the
Takeover Regulation Panel.

The board of directors accepts responsibility for the information contained in this announcement, and
