                                Change of Company Secretary

The Company announces the appointment of Claire Dhokia, who will take over the role of Group
Company Secretary on 1 August 2019.

After more than six years as Group General Counsel and Company Secretary of the Company, Ben
Walker has resigned. He will step down from his role as Group Company Secretary with effect from
1 August 2019, and will leave the company on 23 August 2019.
