Notice is hereby given, in terms of paragraphs 3.63 to 3.65 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, of
the following transactions in respect of the company’s shares by directors and the company secretary of the
company, and by directors of a material subsidiary of the company.

All transactions, for which the prescribed clearance was given, are in respect of the sale of ordinary shares of
the company at a volume weighted average selling price of R74.3964 (high R74.69; low R74.00), were
executed on-market on 1 March 2019, relate to restricted and performance shares (in which the persons
transacting have a 100% direct and beneficial interest) that vested on 1 March 2019, were held in terms of the
company’s 2012 share plan, and were undertaken by the relevant persons to rebalance their investment
