UPDATE ON THE NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Shareholders are referred to the Company’s integrated annual report, incorporating the notice
of annual general meeting (“Notice of AGM”), which was distributed to shareholders on
22 October 2020 and was also made available on the Company’s website.

The Company has determined that the table included in the Notice of AGM under special
resolution number 1 (Approval of non-executive directors’ remuneration for their services as
directors) erroneously stated the fee per meeting for audit, risk and compliance committee
members for 2021 as “R20 000” instead of R21 100”.

The correct table is as set out below.
