Notice of interim results and webcast

Tharisa is pleased to advise that the interim results for the six months ended 31 March 2019 will be
announced on Wednesday, 15 May 2019. The announcement will be issued on SENS and RNS at 07:05
(Johannesburg UTC +2) / 07:00 (London UTC +1). The reviewed interim consolidated financial
statements and management commentary will be available for download at www.tharisa.com.

A results presentation will be held in London at 09:00 (London UTC+1) / 10:00 (Johannesburg UTC +2)
at the offices of Buchanan, 107 Cheapside, London EC2V 6DN. A simultaneous conference call will be
held for those not able to attend. The results presentation will be available on the Tharisa website at
the same time.
