1. Introduction
This announcement is issued for information purposes, following the JSE approving the listing of the
class C shares of the TBI Global Multi-Asset Income Fund ("TBI Actively Managed ETF").
The information set out below has been extracted from the Prescient Global Funds ICAV - ETF
Programme Memorandum issued on 15 January 2025 and the first Supplement relating to the TBI
Actively Managed ETF issued on 15 January 2025 and utilises the terms and definitions contained
therein unless otherwise specified. The Prescient Global Funds ICAV - ETF Programme Memorandum
and the Supplement will also be available on the Issuer's website

2. Summary of the listing
TBI Investment Managers Propriety Limited, (FSP no 42968), has been appointed to manage the
underlying assets of the investment portfolio and execute transactions to reflect these changes on
behalf of the Issuer as per the Investment Management Agreement between the parties.
The TBI Global Multi-Asset Income Fund primary objective provide a total return in the form of capital
and income, whilst targeting a conservative risk profile and capital preservation.
The TBI Global Multi-Asset Income Fund aims to achieve this objective by investing primarily through
global collective investment schemes in a diversified portfolio of, and / or directly in, fixed income,
equity, global real estate securities, global currencies and commodity related securities (which include ETFs
(exchange traded funds), ETCs (exchange traded commodities) and ETNs (exchange traded notes),
as described in the 1st Supplement.
The JSE has approved the listing of 2,388,000 class C shares in the TBI Global Multi-Asset Income
Fund on the "Exchange Traded Fund" sector and the "Actively Managed ETF" sub-sector of the main
board of the JSE Limited, by way of an introduction at an issue price of 10,000 cents (R100) from
Wednesday, 22 January 2025.
