FRACTION RATE ANNOUNCEMENT IN RESPECT OF AMALGAMATING THE SYGNIA
ITRIX SUSTAINABLE ECONOMY ETF WITH THE SYGNIA ITRIX 4TH INDUSTRIAL
REVOLUTION GLOBAL EQUITY ETF


Investors are referred to the announcements released on SENS on 13 November 2023
regarding the successful outcome of the ballot voting procedures in respect of amalgamating
the Sygnia Itrix Sustainable Economy ETF ("SYGSE") with the Sygnia Itrix 4th Industrial
Revolution Global Equity ETF ("SYG4IR"), and on 21 November 2023 announcing the
conversion ratio.


Sygnia Itrix Sustainable Economy ETF investors are further advised that in addition to the
1.29211 Sygnia Itrix 4th Industrial Revolution Global Equity ETF securities, they will be paid a
fractional entitlement in the instance where fractional ETF securities cannot be issued. This
will be equivalent to the fraction each individual is entitled to multiplied by the clean price of
the Sygnia Itrix 4th Industrial Revolution Global Equity ETF at LDT+1 less 10%. This equates
to R 37.03891 (3,703.89094 cents), which is 4,115.43438 cents less 10%.


The conversion ratio is 1.29211 per securitiy and has been calculated at the capital price of
R51.98592 (5,198.59157 cents) and R40.23325 (4,023.32446 cents) per one Sygnia Itrix
Sustainable Economy ETF and one Sygnia Itrix 4th Industrial Revolution Global Equity ETF
security, respectively as at market close on Monday, 20 November 2023.


Example of fractional entitlement
Assuming an investor holds 10 Sygnia Itrix Sustainable Economy ETF securities on Friday, 24
November 2023 (Record date), the investor will receive 10 x 1.29211 = 12.92110 Sygnia Itrix
4th Industrial Revolution Global Equity ETF securities. This is rounded down to 12 securities.
The fraction of 0.92110 securities is paid at a rate of R 37.03891 (3,703.89094 cents).
