BALLOT RESULTS IN RESPECT OF AMALGAMATING THE SYGNIA ITRIX
SUSTAINABLE ECONOMY ETF WITH THE SYGNIA ITRIX 4TH INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION
GLOBAL EQUITY ETF
Investors are referred to the announcements released on SENS on 19 September 2023
regarding the ballot procedures in respect of amalgamating the Sygnia Itrix Sustainable
Economy ETF ("SYGSE") with the Sygnia Itrix 4th Industrial Revolution Global Equity ETF
("SYG4IR") and are advised that the audited results of the voting ballot procedures were as
follows:
1. Summary of Votes – SYGSE

In terms of section 99 of the Act, the ballot is valid if the majority of investors, excluding the
manager, vote in favour of the amalgamation. Absence of a response is regarded as a vote in
favour of the amalgamation. Only investors in the SYGSE portfolio were required to vote.
Investors in the SYG4IR portfolio were not required to vote.
2. Results
Investors in SYGSE have provided consent for SYGSE to amalgamate with SYG4IR. No
investors in SYG4IR have objected to the amalgamation. Therefore, the ballot succeeded and
the amalgamation of SYGSE into SYG4IR will be effective on 22 November 2023.
