Itrix).


NOTICE REGARDING SYGNIA ITRIX S&P GLOBAL 1200 ESG BENCHMARK RENAMING



Sygnia Itrix (RF) (Pty) Ltd, a manager appointed in terms of the Collective Investment Schemes Control
Act, No. 45 of 2022 (the Act), wishes to inform unitholders and the investment community that the
Sygnia Itrix S&P Global 1200 ESG ETF benchmark has been renamed from the S&P Global 1200 ESG
Index to the S&P Global 1200 Scored & Screened Index.


Background:
S&P Dow Jones Indices has renamed the S&P Global 1200 ESG Index to the S&P Global 1200 Scored
& Screened Index, effective 10 February 2025.
This change follows a comprehensive market consultation and aligns with evolving regulatory
standards, including the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) Guidelines on the use of
ESG- or sustainability-related terms in fund names. The renaming aims to enhance transparency
regarding the index's methodology, which tracks the performance of companies within the S&P Global
1200 that meet defined environmental, social, and governance (ESG) criteria, while maintaining broad
market representation.


There are no alterations to the index's composition or methodology as a result of this change.
Consequently, the Sygnia Itrix S&P Global 1200 ESG ETF will continue to track the index as before,
with no immediate impact on its investment objective or portfolio.
