PARTIAL DELISTING OF SYG4IR SECURITIES

SYG4IR will partially delist 800000 securities from the JSE with commencement of busines
today, at an approximate price of ZAR 54.99 per security.

Following the delisting of these securities, there will be 36506277 SYG4IR securities in
issue.
