Supermarket Income REIT PLC announces that Roger Blundell, on the same day, sold 50,000 Ordinary
Shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 85.625p per share from his General
Investment Account and subsequently purchased 50,000 Ordinary Shares at the same price into his
Individual Savings Account, in order to effect a "Bed and ISA" transaction.

This announcement is made in accordance with Article 19 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation 596/2014
(as incorporated into UK domestic law by the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018) the UK Market
Abuse Regulation, provides further detail).
