SUMMARISED GROUP ANNUAL RESULTS FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR ENDED 31
DECEMBER 2019

1.   SALIENT FEATURES

     Operating loss increased by 312% to R35.5 million, from R8.6 million in the prior
     corresponding period.

     Headline earnings per share (“HEPS”) decreased by 793% to a loss of 33.41 cents per
     share, from earnings of 4.82 cents per share in the prior corresponding period.

     Earnings per share (“EPS”) decreased by 793% to a loss of 33.41 cents per share, from
     earnings of 4.82 cents per share in the prior corresponding period.

     Net asset value per share (“NAVPS”) decreased by 16% to 184 cents per share, from 219
     cents per share in the prior corresponding period.
