CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT

Shareholders are referred to the Company's FY2026 Interim Results published on 10
November 2025, with specific reference to the statement that management is currently
evaluating the long-term strategic direction of the Bauba Resources Proprietary Limited
("Bauba") business.

The Company hereby notifies shareholders that Raubex is assessing the possible
disposal of all, or a portion of, its shareholding in Bauba (the "Potential Transaction").
To support this process, a transaction advisor has been appointed to assist with the
evaluation of all available strategic options in respect of the Potential Transaction.

At present, discussions remain at a preliminary stage, and there can be no certainty
that the Potential Transaction will proceed, nor as to the terms of any such transaction.

Shareholders are advised that, should the Potential Transaction proceed, it may have
a material effect on the price of the Company's securities. Accordingly, shareholders
are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the Company's securities until a further
announcement is made.
