RBPLAT AUDIT AND RISK COMMITTEE MEMBERSHIP

Pursuant to the RBPlat Board’s review of its Audit and Risk Committee membership, the Board wishes to announce,
in compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, the following change to the Audit and Risk
Committee.

Mr Peter Ledger who was appointed as director on 27 February 2018 has been appointed to the Audit ad Risk
Committee with effect from 21 November 2018. The Committee is now constituted as follows:

  Ms Louisa Stephens                       Independent Non-Executive Director and Committee Chair
  Mr Peter Ledger                          Independent Non-Executive Director
  Mr Mark Moffett                          Independent Non-Executive Director
  Ms Zanele Matlala                        Independent Non-Executive Director

Mr Ledger will now serve on the following sub-committees, the Social and Ethics Committee, the Audit and Risk
Committee and the adhoc Technical Committee of the Board.

The Board of RBPlat endorses the above appointment and looks forward to the valuable contributions of the
newly appointed member.
