RESULTS OF THE RECM AND CALIBRE LIMITED COMPULSORY ACQUISITION

Astoria shareholders are referred to the announcement and notice to Astoria shareholders dated 21 January 2020, and
the announcement dated 11 February 2020 relating to the Compulsory Acquisition. Using the terms defined therein,
Astoria shareholders are advised that all shares in Astoria are now held by, or in the process of being transferred to, the
Offeror.

Astoria has primary listings on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius (“SEM”) and the Alternative Exchange of the JSE.

This notice is issued pursuant to SEM Listing Rules 11.3 and Rule 5(1) of the Securities (Disclosure Obligations of
Reporting Issuers) Rules 2007 and Rules 6 and 7 of the Mauritian Securities (Takeover) Rules 2010. The board of
