DEALING IN SECURITIES BY A DIRECTOR OF THE COMPANY


Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on 30 March 2022, wherein it was advised that the Chief
Executive Officer, Mr Seelan Gobalsamy, had agreed to defer the vesting of 480 000 Omnia shares that had been
awarded, subject to performance conditions, to Mr Gobalsamy (the "award shares"), from 31 March 2022 to
15 September 2023. The award shares have therefore now vested.

In compliance with sections 3.63 to 3.74 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are
advised of the following information relating to dealings in securities by Mr Gobalsamy, in order to, inter alia,
settle the tax liability due in respect of the vesting of the award shares.
