AVAILABILITY OF 2019 ANNUAL REPORT


The Annual Report containing the audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended 
31 December 2019 (the “2019 Annual Report”) will be published today, 17 March 2020 on the Company’s 
website. The audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2019 were 
published on 20 February 2020. Where applicable, hard copies of the 2019 Annual Report will be 
posted to shareholders.

The 2019 Annual Report will be available in electronic format on the Company’s website:
https://nepirockcastle.com/investor-relations/company-reports/.

A notice of Annual General Meeting of NEPI Rockcastle shareholders will be published in due course.
