NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND AVAILABILITY OF 2023 ANNUAL REPORT


Stakeholders are advised that the NEPI Rockcastle's Integrated Annual Report ("2023 Annual Report"), will
be published today, 20 March 2024 on the Company's website. The 2023 Annual Report incorporates the
audited financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2023, on which the auditors expressed an
unmodified audit opinion. The audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2023
contain no changes from the reviewed condensed consolidated financial results published on 20 February 2024.
