AVAILABILITY OF 2018 AUDITED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS


The Group's Audited Consolidated Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2018 (the "2018
Financial Statements") were posted today, 27 February 2019, on the Company's website
http://nepirockcastle.com/investor-relations/company-reports/, together with condensed consolidated
financial results for the year ended 31 December 2018, which were published on SENS and on Euronext
Amsterdam.

The 2018 Financial Statements will also be included in the 2018 Annual Report scheduled to be published on
15 March 2019.

A results presentation call will be held at 13:30 UK time (15:30 SA time) on Monday, 4 March 2019. The
dial-in details will be published on the Company's website in due course.
