NEPI Rockcastle is pleased to announce its inclusion in the FTSE EPRA NAREIT Global Emerging Index, effective
23 June 2025.

The FTSE EPRA NAREIT Index Series is the leading global benchmark for listed real estate investments, providing
investors with transparent and rules-based access to the performance of real estate companies worldwide.

Inclusion in the FTSE EPRA NAREIT Global Emerging Index is a further step in recognising NEPI Rockcastle as one
of the region's key listed players in the real estate investments sector, reflecting its scale, liquidity, and adherence to
