PROSUS ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING – CEO LETTER TO SHAREHOLDERS

Prosus N.V. (Prosus, and together with its subsidiaries, the Prosus Group) (which is majority-
owned by Naspers), hosted its annual general meeting (AGM), on Wednesday 20 August 2025
at 14:00.
